Job summary

Innovatech Staffing in India is seeking a motivated OPT Recruiter / US IT Recruiter to join our staffing team. You will source, screen, and maintain relationships with IT professionals, including candidates, across US IT staffing.

The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, building a strong candidate pipeline, conducting screenings, and coordinating with account managers to submit candidates to clients. Fresh graduates and 0–2 years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings and assess candidate qualifications.
• Explain available job opportunities and understand candidates' career goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the recruiting database/ATS.

• Identify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings and assess candidate qualifications.
• Explain available job opportunities and understand candidates' career goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the recruiting database/ATS.
• Coordinate with account managers and recruiting teams to submit qualified candidates to clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and placement process.

• Knowledge of common IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Analytics, QA, DevOps, Cloud, and related technologies is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a recruiting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of recruiting experience are welcome.
• Previous experience in US IT recruitment or staffing is a plus.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
