A language education and vocational training provider is seeking an Operations Support Specialist based in Pune. This role combines hands-on customer service with operational support, essential for day-to-day functions and growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in operations and project coordination, be fluent in English and have German at B1 level. The position offers the chance to shape an international project and work with a supportive team.

About the project

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Support Specialist in Pune to support the ongoing development of our local operations.

In this role, you will combine hands-on customer service responsibilities with operational and organizational support, playing an important part in the day-to-day functioning and further development of our locations.
