DeutschPro India, the Indian branch of GfW - Gesellschaft für Weiterbildung, seeks a Customer Service Associate based in Chennai to support learners in choosing courses and addressing queries. You will be the frontline contact, helping participants with questions and ensuring a smooth, learner-centered experience.

• Strong service orientation and genuine enthusiasm for working with adult learners.
• Fluent English skills; German is a plus.
• Confident and professional communication by email, phone, or in person.
• Solid PC and MS Office skills.

• Providing guidance in course selection and supporting participants with their questions.
• Ensuring learner satisfaction through efficient, friendly, and solution-oriented support.
