About the role

To support our growing operations in Kochi, we are currently looking for a motivated and organized Project Supervisor & Operational Manager to coordinate and oversee our international healthcare training program on-site.

Your role

• Acting as the primary contact person and support system for project participants
• Consulting and guiding candidates throughout the entire preparation process
• Supporting participants with application processes, visa documentation, document collection and translations
• Coordinating accommodation arrangements and communication with authorities and government agencies
• Monitoring participants throughout the language training and placement process
• Ensuring the highest possible completion and success rates within the program
• Coordinating closely with the project team in Germany
• Optimizing communication and operational workflows between departments
• Supporting interviews, onboarding, and participant follow-up
• Maintaining a structured overview across multiple ongoing processes and departments

Your profile

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) and additional regional language skills are highly preferred
• German and/or Hindi skills are considered a plus
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Strong interpersonal and consulting skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced international environment
• Reliable and structured way of working
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain operational oversight
• Previous experience in education, project coordination, operations, consulting, administration, or management is considered a plus
