Job summary

T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking a German gPMO professional with 3–6 years of project management experience.

The role focuses on service delivery improvement, stakeholder communication, and ITIL-aligned project management. Fluency in German and English (C1) is required, with training duties and STRIVE KPI responsibilities included. The position is regular with part-time possibility, based in Pune at our IT services arm.

Qualifications

• Must have German and English language proficiency (C1 level).
• 3–6 years of experience in gPMO or PMO roles.
• ITIL Foundation knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions when responsible or acting as PAP (Process Authorized Person).
• Represent all services and provide solutions for new demands and issues.
• Follow STRIVE gPMO KPIs to improve service delivery.
• Apply ITIL Foundation principles to project management.
• Conduct professional meetings following Golden Meeting Rules.
