Job summary

Diksha Technologies Limited is seeking a capable IT operations associate to monitor and support production applications and infrastructure in a 24x7 environment. The role emphasizes L1 troubleshooting, incident analysis, and rapid issue resolution on Unix/Linux servers, Oracle databases, and Apache Tomcat, with basic SQL and API testing using SOAP UI and Postman.

You will collaborate with L2/L3 teams and maintain clear operational docs to meet SLA timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and support environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production applications and infrastructure.
• Perform L1 troubleshooting, incident analysis, and issue resolution.
• Work on Unix/Linux servers and execute basic Linux commands.
