is seeking a proactive Supply Chain / Operations Specialist in Pune to coordinate the daily order fulfilment process from PO receipt to successful delivery at customer warehouses. You will work closely with internal dispatch teams, courier partners and warehouses for the brands Colombian Brew Coffee, Didier & Frank, and Christopher Cocoa, ensuring orders are dispatched on time, delivery appointments are secured and shipments reach customers within target TAT while

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Excellent planning and coordination skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, shipments, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation-management abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase orders and book delivery appointments with customer warehouses.
• Coordinate with the internal warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure orders are dispatched as per appointment dates.
• Track all dispatched and in-transit orders daily until successful delivery.
• Reschedule missed, cancelled or delayed appointments promptly.
• Follow up with courier and transport partners to meet deliveries within the committed TAT.
• Resolve operational escalations involving delays, documentation issues and vehicle problems.
• Coordinate urgent or early deliveries when required by customers or internal teams.
• Arrange RTO and return shipments as needed.
• Maintain trackers for POs, appointments, dispatches, in-transit shipments and deliveries.
• Share regular order-status and exception reports with relevant internal teams.
• Identify recurring operational issues and coordinate corrective actions with warehouses and partners.
• Improve dispatch-to-delivery TAT and maximize appointment and delivery success rates.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain / Operations Executive will coordinate the daily order fulfilment processfrom receipt of purchase orders to successful delivery at customer warehouses.

The role involves working closely with the internal dispatch team, courier partners, transporters and warehouses of Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, IndiGo, Akasa Air and other customers.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders are dispatched on time, delivery appointments are secured and shipments reach customers within the committed TAT.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review purchase orders and book delivery appointments with customer warehouses.
2. Coordinate with the internal warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure orders are prepared and dispatched as per appointment dates.
3. Track all dispatched and in-transit orders daily until successful delivery.
4. Reschedule missed, cancelled or delayed appointments promptly.
5. Follow up with courier and transport partners to ensure deliveries are completed within the committed TAT.
6. Resolve operational escalations involving delayed shipments, missed appointments, delivery refusals, documentation issues and vehicle-related problems.
7. Coordinate urgent or early deliveries when required by customers or internal teams.
8. Arrange RTO and return shipments based on business requirements.
9. Maintain accurate trackers for purchase orders, appointments, dispatches, in-transit shipments, deliveries, pending escalations and RTOs.
10. Share regular order-status and exception reports with the relevant internal teams.
11. Identify recurring operational issues and coordinate corrective actions with warehouses, courier partners and customer teams.
12. Improve dispatch-to-delivery TAT and maximise appointment and delivery success rates.
