You will coordinate with dispatch, trackers, and customers like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon and more to fulfill deliveries within committed TAT.

Role Overview

The Last-Mile Logistics Coordinator will manage the movement of daily orders from our brand warehouse to the warehouses of customers such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, IndiGo, Akasa Air and other institutional buyers.

The role requires continuous coordination with our dispatch team, courier partners and customer warehouses to ensure orders are delivered within the committed turnaround time and scheduled appointments are successfully completed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Book delivery appointments against purchase orders received from Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, IndiGo, Akasa and other customers.
2. Coordinate with the internal dispatch team to ensure orders are dispatched according to the confirmed appointment dates.
3. Reschedule missed or cancelled appointments promptly.
4. Track all in-transit shipments daily and ensure delivery within the committed TAT.
5. Follow up continuously with courier and transport partners until successful delivery.
6. Resolve courier-related escalations, including delays, vehicle issues, documentation gaps and delivery refusals.
7. Resolve missed-appointment cases with courier partners and customer warehouses.
8. Coordinate urgent or early deliveries when required.
9. Arrange RTO or return shipments based on business requirements.
10. Maintain accurate trackers for POs, appointments, dispatches, in-transit shipments, deliveries, RTOs and pending escalations.
11. Identify recurring delivery issues and work with the relevant teams to prevent them.
12. Reduce dispatch-to-delivery TAT and maximise appointment and delivery success rates.

Required Skills

• Strong problem-solving and escalation-management ability
• Clear written and verbal communication
• High ownership, attention to detail and urgency
• Experience coordinating with courier partners, transporters, e-commerce warehouses or quick-commerce platforms is preferred
