• Coordinate with housekeeping, reception, maintenance, and other departments.
• Monitor room occupancy, room availability, booking channels, and reservation records.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, team performance, and operational discipline.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and operational costs. Maintain MIS reports, occupancy reports, and reservation records.
