Job summary

ASSPL in Bengaluru is seeking an operations leader to support city-level operational indexing and performance tracking. Lead the launch of dark stores and hire a team that drives day-to-day operations and programs.

You will monitor key metrics and ensure data accuracy for dashboards, supporting leadership in maintaining visibility into network health and performance across city networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.
• Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks.
• Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams.
• Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches.
• Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy; assist in identifying trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
