Amazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support city-level indexing and performance tracking, launch dark stores, and hire a team that runs day-to-day operations and programs. You will monitor key metrics across city networks, ensure data accuracy for dashboards, support root cause analysis for defects and SLA breaches, and coordinate with store teams to keep data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.

The candidate is responsible for launching dark stores and hiring a team that leads day to day operations/programs. This role involves monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores, managing data accuracy for operational dashboards, and supporting the team in maintaining visibility into network health and performance.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
