Job summary

TestHiring is seeking a capable operations leader to oversee daily hotel/resort functions including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Relations and Banquets. The role focuses on maintaining top service standards and coordinating with department heads for seamless guest experiences.

The candidate will monitor performance, assist in revenue and occupancy targets, and supervise events and staff development in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel/resort operations.
• Experience in managing destination weddings, events, and large group movements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guest Relations, and Banquet functions.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in hospitality management systems and operational reporting.
