Job summary

OYO in Hyderabad is seeking a General Manager to oversee hotel operations, coordinating Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and more to ensure seamless service.

You will drive occupancy and revenue, ensure compliance with SOPs and safety, manage costs, mentor staff, and report KPIs to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and other operational teams.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
• Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
• Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff.
• Conduct daily briefings and departmental meetings.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee procurement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
