Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an IT/SI services company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Commerce; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience across Sales Operations, Finance Operations, and Workforce Management.
• Hands-on Talent Acquisition coordination experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required (pivot, lookup, macros).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional operations coordination across Sales, Finance, Delivery, HR/TA, and Practice stakeholders.
• Own Sales Operations support: pipeline tracking, reporting, and order-to-booking coordination.
• Support Finance Operations: billing, invoice tracking, AR/AP follow-ups, MIS inputs.
• Manage Workforce Management: bench tracking, allocation, utilization reporting.
• Coordinate Talent Acquisition on open positions, fulfilment status, onboarding readiness.
• Develop MS Excel dashboards and trackers for leadership reporting (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros).
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational review decks and MIS reports for senior leadership.
• Drive SOP documentation and process standardization across operations.
• Track action items and closures from leadership reviews.
• Identify process gaps and automation opportunities to improve turnaround time.

We're looking for a Operations Manager who owns day-to-day IT operations governance across the organization — coordinating Sales Operations, Finance Operations, Workforce Management (WFM), and Talent Acquisition (TA) coordination. Acts as the single operational point of contact across business stakeholders, ensuring reporting accuracy, process discipline, and timely cross-functional coordination company-wide. Reporting to the Director Business Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-functional operations coordination across Sales, Finance, Delivery, HR/TA, and Practice stakeholders
• Own Sales Operations support — pipeline tracking, opportunity reporting, and order-to-booking coordination

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in an IT / Systems Integrator (SI) services company
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering/Commerce); MBA or equivalent business management qualification preferred.
• Proven experience across Sales Operations, Finance Operations, and Workforce Management functions
• Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition coordination — fulfilment tracking, stakeholder follow-ups with TA Team
• Advanced MS Excel skills — this is a core, non-negotiable requirement
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Delivery, HR, Leadership) simultaneously
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and MIS preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional and leadership interaction
• Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines with high accuracy

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in a Business/Delivery Operations role within an IT services or consulting firm
• Exposure to resource/practice-level P&L reporting
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting/automation tools
• Experience supporting a SAP/OpenText or similar technology practice
