Job summary

ITC Worldwide in India seeks a Business Process Operations Analyst (GTM Planning) to design scalable GTM processes, develop operational reporting, and optimize sales and partner workflows using the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Delivery and Partner teams to drive data-driven decisions, automate processes, and govern cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years GTM Planning experience.
• 5+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations experience.
• 5+ years of Business Process Design and Process Improvement experience.
• 5+ years of Business Systems Requirements Gathering and Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles.
• Develop territory planning, account coverage, capacity planning, and pipeline management models.
• Analyze sales productivity metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility.
• Create operational frameworks that support scalable sales growth.
• Map current-state and future-state business processes using Visio.
• Conduct process reviews and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
• Design and document standardized operating procedures.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who combines business analysis expertise with sales operations, reporting, process improvement, and Microsoft ecosystem experience.

Position Summary

The Business Process Operations Analyst (GTM) will support strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives by designing scalable business processes, developing operational reporting, improving sales and partner workflows, and driving cross-functional planning initiatives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Delivery, and Partner teams to optimize business performance through data-driven decision making, process automation, and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Planning & Revenue Operations

• Support annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles.
