Job summary

TiltedDelta® is hiring an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operating cycle for purchase-protection programs across e-commerce, shipping and embedded insurance. Lead enrolment, data feeds, claims intake, payouts and settlements with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

You will build SOPs, dashboards and MIS, while driving process improvements and automation in collaboration with Data and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Payments, Lending, Insurance or Insurtech Operations.
• Strong experience in Claims Operations, Settlements, Reconciliation, Payouts or Dispute Management.
• Proven ownership of recurring, high-volume operational processes from data/enrolment through claims and settlement.
• Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools; proficient in Excel/ spreadsheets.
• Experience creating and implementing SOPs, TAT metrics, process improvements and operational dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder and partner communication skills with numerical and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrolment, data feeds and exception handling.
• Own claims intake, adjudication, payouts and TAT tracking.
• Manage partner & insurer settlements and reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports.
• Build SOPs and launch checklists for new programs.
• Identify process gaps and drive automation with Data/Product.
• Manage and guide Operations Analysts.
• Conduct program-level deep-dives and improve processes.

Nice to have:
