Decorpot is seeking an Operations Manager to plan and direct operations, improving productivity and efficiency across the designing team in Mumbai. You will coordinate, monitor and manage the designing team, and determine client requirements for projects.

The role requires 8+ years in operations, strong Excel (Vlookup, Pivot), Power BI, and solid MS Office skills, with people management and a results-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of work experience in Operations as a manager.
• Advanced Excel (V lookup, Pivot Table) and Power BI proficiency.
• Sound computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving/decision-making.
• Good people management skills.
• Team management experience managing at least 12 members.
• Strong field management and results-oriented approach.
