Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational activities across departments.
• Develop, implement and monitor operational strategies, policies and procedures.

• Monitor production planning, inventory control, resource allocation and performance.
• Establish operational KPIs, track metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Identify bottlenecks, evaluate processes and drive improvement initiatives.
• Lead, supervise and develop operational teams for accountability and performance.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, machinery and resources.
• Monitor costs and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
