Job summary

Decorpot in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to plan and direct daily operations, drive productivity, and optimize workflows across the design team.

You will coordinate, monitor team performance, gather client requirements, and implement policies to maximize output while ensuring excellent service and strong stakeholder collaboration. 8+ years in operations and proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in Operations as a manager.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Power BI.
• Sound computer knowledge; proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving and critical decision-making.
• Good people management skills.
• Team management experience with at least 12 team members.
