Decorpot in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Manager - Operations Execution to oversee end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to completion. You will plan and direct operations, drive productivity, and supervise the design team to ensure timely and quality outputs.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in operations management, excels in Advanced Excel and Power BI, and demonstrates strong people skills with a track record of leading at least 12 team members.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in Operations as a manager.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable) and Power BI.
• Excellent MS Office skills and computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Solid people management skills and experience handling teams.
• Team leadership experience with at least 12 members.
• Strong field management capabilities and results-oriented mindset.

We are looking for a passionate and goal oriented Manager - Operations Execution. The goal of the Manager - Operations is to facilitate the use of executing projects right from scratch to its completion; supervising project implementation and execution through the completion of project.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
