Job summary

SequenceDynamics scales its operations and seeks an experienced Operations Manager to ensure smooth running of projects, vendor management, client communications, and HR/finance ops. You will own internal processes, onboarding, and performance across teams.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and sales to meet delivery commitments, while tracking KPIs and reporting to the leadership team weekly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations management experience in a technology or services company.
• Strong project management skills - PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 background preferred
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including client-facing experience
• Analytical mindset with ability to build dashboards and track operational metrics
• High organisational capability and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

About This Role

As SequenceDynamics scales, we need someone who makes sure the machine runs smoothly while we build it. The Operations Manager owns the systems and processes that keep our projects on track, our clients happy, and our team effective. This role touches everything - project delivery, vendor management, client communication, internal tooling, HR coordination, and finance ops. You'll be a critical part of the leadership team and have a direct line to the founders on everything operational.

What You'll Do
