Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations or PMO within IT services or technology development companies.
• Proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and driving measurable improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management across Finance, HR, and Delivery/Technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Review internal processes across finance, HR/payroll, CRM, project/resource management, and IT infrastructure to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Drive measurable improvements in how efficiently technical teams and internal operations run.
• Evaluate options for fixing broken or disconnected processes, including cost, vendor solutions, and internal resources, and recommend a path forward.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Delivery/Technical teams to close information flow gaps between systems.
• Own process documentation, SOPs, and change rollout when new workflows are introduced.
• Manage vendor relationships and support cost-effective decisions on business tooling.
• Report to leadership on process improvements and efficiency gains.

About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Manager to own internal process improvement and technology operations at Blue Polaris. This is a business operations role, not a technical/engineering one — you'll be the person who looks across how our teams and systems work together (finance, HR/payroll, CRM, project and resource management, IT infrastructure), spots where something is inefficient or disconnected, and drives the fix — whether that means redesigning a workflow, coordinating a system integration with our technical team, or managing a vendor to build it.

We're specifically looking for someone who has worked inside an IT services or technology development company and understands how to get the most efficiency out of technical teams and internal operations — someone who's been the connector between departments, not the person writing the code.
