Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to streamline daily operations, design scalable processes, and drive efficiency as we scale. You will help build a robust operational backbone in a fast-growing startup.

You will coordinate across marketing, content, design, and client servicing, manage vendors and budgets, and mentor junior staff while developing dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance.
