Job summary

OWNLY in Hyderabad is seeking a results-driven operations lead to own end-to-end captain workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable processes on the ground. You will work closely with captains, gather direct feedback, and drive improvements that boost delivery reliability and fairness.

You will also build SOPs, analyse data to surface actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with pricing and service standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong bias for action with structured thinking.
• Comfortable owning manual process flows and building SOPs where none exist.
• Data-driven mindset; able to independently pull, analyse, and present data.

• Own end-to-end captain operational processes for the Hyderabad market, driving efficiency across delivery captain workflows

• Build and iterate on processes from scratch - comfort with 0-1 problem solving is essential
• Spend meaningful time on the ground to gather direct feedback from captains

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable owning manual process flows and building SOPs where none exist
• Data-driven mindset; can independently pull, analyse, and present data without always needing support
• Fluent in Telugu or Hindi (preferred for local stakeholder management)
