Brythm in Dadri (Uttar Pradesh) is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to own daily operations. You will run the admin panel, manage orders end-to-end, and be the primary contact for delivery and tiffin partners to ensure smooth, on-time fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily order flow end-to-end (order processing, allocation, dispatch, delivery tracking)
• Operate and maintain the admin panel/dashboard and keep data accurate
• Primary contact for delivery partners onboarding, scheduling, issue resolution and payouts
• Primary contact for tiffin partners (kitchens) order relay, capacity planning, and timing adherence
• Resolve customer and partner escalations; own on-time delivery and SLAs
• Track daily ops metrics and report to founders
• Identify bottlenecks and help build SOPs for scaling into new zones

About the role

The Senior Operations Associate is the backbone of daily operations. You'll run the admin panel, manage daily orders end-to-end, and be the single point of contact for our delivery partners and tiffin partners. If you like ownership, coordination and keeping a fast operation running smoothly, this is for you.

What you'll do

• Manage the daily order flow end-to-end: order processing, allocation, dispatch and delivery tracking.
• Operate and maintain the admin panel/dashboard and keep all operational data accurate and up to date.
• Be the primary point of contact for delivery partners onboarding, scheduling, issue resolution and payout coordination.
• Be the primary point of contact for tiffin partners (kitchens) order relay, capacity planning, and quality & timing adherence.
• Resolve customer and partner escalations quickly; own on-time delivery and fulfilment SLAs.
• Track daily ops metrics (orders, on-time %, cancellations, complaints) and report to the founders.
• Spot and fix operational bottlenecks and help build SOPs as we scale into new zones.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years in operations — preferably food delivery, q-commerce, logistics, hyperlocal or cloud-kitchen.
• Comfortable with admin panels/dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets; genuinely tech-savvy.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; calm and organised under pressure.
• Ownership mindset — able to work independently and juggle multiple partners at once.
• Fluent in Hindi and English; available for early-morning and meal-time operational windows.
• Graduate.
