We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who thrives at the intersection of sales enablement and logistics execution. In this role, you will act as the central coordinator between sales teams, partner OEMs, logistics vendors, and internal operations, ensuring seamless and timely movement of assets across the network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Ownership
   • Design, implement, and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales-driven deployments and hardware movement
   • Ensure accurate documentation, including GRN/ASN tracking and billing coordination
   • Drive operational excellence by aligning supply chain processes with overall business objectives
2. Sales-Aligned Planning
   • Translate vehicle deployment plans into actionable supply chain and inventory strategies
   • Provide real-time stock visibility, demand forecasting, and dispatch tracking to regional sales teams
   • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, strategy, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (preferably in EV, mobility, automotive, or high-growth startups)
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery models and hub-and-spoke logistics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations; MBA is a plus
