Job summary

TrueBlue is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage a high-performing recruitment delivery team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role will have end-to-end ownership of operational performance, team productivity, service delivery, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement.

You will drive productivity, monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and coach the team to achieve quality and SLA targets while driving cost-efficiency across recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience in RPO, staffing, recruitment operations, or another high-volume, fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong experience in people management, performance management, coaching, and team development.
• Demonstrated experience managing business reviews, escalations, and senior stakeholder interactions.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational metrics, preferably within an RPO environment.
• Hands-on experience in process improvement, automation, workflow optimization, or cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Experience in team building, succession planning, and managing organizational or process changes.

• Manage escalations and complex operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, and implement process optimization, automation, and workflow enhancements.
• Coach and mentor team members, build leadership capability, and develop succession plans and career growth opportunities.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery.
• Support change management initiatives and ensure effective implementation of new processes and operational strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness across recruitment operations.
