Position: Operations & Training Manager
Location: Rajasthan (Travel Required Across All Beanberry Outlets)
About the Role
We are looking for an Operations & Training Manager who will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence across all existing and upcoming Beanberry outlets. The role involves developing and implementing SOPs, training and grooming staff, conducting regular audits, ensuring consistent customer experience, and supporting new store launches.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all outlets.
- Monitor service quality, food quality, cleanliness, and customer experience.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Support outlet managers in achieving operational targets.
SOP Development & Compliance
- Develop, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure SOP adherence across all outlets.
- Conduct regular compliance checks and audits.
Training & Staff Development
- Train new employees on service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Conduct refresher training programs for existing staff.
- Groom team members for higher responsibilities and leadership roles.
- Develop training manuals and learning materials.
Quality & Audit Management
- Conduct scheduled and surprise outlet audits.
- Evaluate hygiene, food safety, inventory management, and service standards.
- Prepare audit reports and track corrective actions.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained.
New Store Support
- Assist in pre-opening and launch activities of new outlets.
- Train newly hired teams before store openings.
- Ensure operational readiness and SOP implementation from Day 1.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Submit weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, quality, and staff performance.
- Provide recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in caf, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality operations.
- Experience managing multiple outlets is preferred.
- Strong training, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently between outlets.
