Job summary

Vision Amusement Park Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, maintaining service standards, managing manpower, and controlling costs to deliver a safe and efficient experience for guests and staff. Location is Taj Nagri Phase 2, Tajganj, Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the facility/site.
• Ensure all departments operate smoothly, efficiently, and as per company policies and SOPs.
• Monitor staff attendance, deployment, shift schedules, discipline, and productivity.
• Coordinate with department heads, supervisors, and team leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular operational meetings and follow up on pending issues.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Monitor customer service standards and resolve operational or customer-related issues.
• Ensure all rides, activities, equipment, facilities, and operational areas are functioning properly.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Security, HR, Housekeeping, Sales, F&B, and other departments.
• Ensure proper manpower planning and optimum staff utilization.
• Monitor daily operational reports, incident reports, attendance, and performance reports.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Handle emergency situations, incidents, accidents, and operational disruptions effectively.
• Monitor operational expenses and work towards cost control and resource optimization.
• Ensure proper inventory, equipment, and asset utilization in coordination with relevant departments.
• Conduct regular inspections and walkthroughs of the entire facility.
• Train, guide, and motivate operational staff and supervisors.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, discipline, and customer experience.
• Support management in implementing new processes, policies, and operational improvements.
