Job summary

JavaR&D Pvt. Ltd. in Bhopal seeks an experienced operations professional to oversee performance management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The role focuses on securing compliant process execution, documentation discipline, and team leadership.

The candidate will drive performance evaluations, support IR and conflict resolution, and foster a collaborative work environment while ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Overall 10 yrs and 8 yrs of experience in Operations are required.
• Location: Bhopal; office-based role.
• Willing to work in permanent night shifts.
• Strong understanding of operations including performance management, compensation, and reporting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
• Develop and generate reports daily or fortnightly, providing insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with respective departments.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution as needed.
• Maintain records and documentation in a confidential and organized manner.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the operations teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for development and training.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
