Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience as Head of Operations or similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of cross‑functional teams – familiarity with all business functions including Sales, HR, Store, Logistics, and contract fulfilment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving aptitude.
• Mentorship qualities – mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity.
• Self‑motivated: takes charge, evaluates available resources and proposes and implements appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially when sites encounter issues.
• Reporting throughout site completion; presenting concise data to stakeholders.
• Manages a team of supervisors/field coordinators; allocates sites and monitors progress.
• Coordinating order and delivery of materials to job sites, facilitating site planning meetings.
• Tracking company resource usage, identifying project risks and proposing solutions.
• Dispatching subcontractors and equipment.
