You will help manage onboarding for new and renewed students, coordinating with parents, teachers, and internal teams to schedule classes, and monitoring onboarding times to ensure a smooth, timely experience.

This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for students into our programs while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and communication.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Handle the onboarding process for new and renewed students.
• 2. Coordinate with parents, teachers, and internal teams to schedule classes.
• 3. Maintain and monitor the average onboarding time, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
• 4. Track onboarding progress and report on pending or delayed cases.
• 5. Support the team in improving operational workflows and the overall student experience.

Salary: Based on experience

Shift Time: 2pm to 11pm

Week off: Any one day between Monday to Friday
