Job summary

Gradeperfect is seeking an Operations Associate to coordinate daily activities for students, parents, teachers, and internal teams. You will manage scheduling, onboarding, and progress tracking across programs like Olympiad Prep and School Support.

You will learn about international education programs, assist with registrations, and gather insights from interactions to improve the product experience. A strong ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Background in international Education Ops preferred.
• Strong ownership mindset; highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp workflows, LMS tools, and basic project management systems.
• Genuine interest in education, student growth, and the global academic landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations across students, parents, teachers, and internal teams ensuring seamless coordination across academics, sales, and ops.
• Execute academic programs end-to-end: scheduling, classes, assessments, onboarding, follow-ups, and student progress tracking.
• Learn in-depth about international scholastic programs, support with registration and participation logistics.
• Gather product insights through student and parent interactions to inform and enhance the Gradeperfect product experience.
• Serve as the primary POC for stakeholders, resolving queries with speed, clarity, and ownership for all stakeholders.
