Job summary

Luxelan - Elegante Living in Pune seeks an Operations Head to drive end-to-end business operations in the luxury turnkey interiors space. The role requires overseeing Sales, Design, Purchase, Execution, HR, and Marketing, while implementing SOPs, KPIs and MIS dashboards to ensure seamless delivery across projects.

Ideal candidates will bring 10–15 years of total experience with at least 5+ years in a senior operations role in interiors or real estate, and a degree in Business Management,

Qualifications

• 10–15 years total experience in operations leadership.
• 5+ years in a senior operations role (Interior design, construction, architecture or real estate preferred).
• Strong skills in process optimization and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Sales, Design, Purchase, Execution, HR, and Marketing.
• Streamline cross-functional workflows from sales to project handover.
• Implement SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and tracking systems for accountability.
• Optimize costs, resolve bottlenecks, and manage vendor/client escalations.

Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives on turning strategy into seamless execution? Luxelan - Elegante Living is looking for an Operations Head to drive our end-to-end business operations in the luxury turnkey interior space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Sales, Design, Purchase, Execution, HR, and Marketing.
• Streamline cross-functional workflows from initial sales to final project handover.
• Implement robust SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and tracking systems to ensure accountability.
• Optimize costs, resolve operational bottlenecks, and manage vendor/client escalations.
• Partner directly with Directors to translate executive decisions into actionable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 10–15 years total, with 5+ years in a senior operations role (Interior Design, Construction, Architecture, or Real Estate preferred).
• Education: Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
• Skills: Process optimization, data-driven MIS/KPI tracking, resource planning, and cross-functional leadership.
