The ideal candidate will have 6+ years total experience (minimum 4 years in similar roles), strong leadership, and hands-on expertise in cross-functional coordination, client relationships, and governance.

• Lead end-to-end operations across interiors, exhibitions, events and brand management.
• Drive excellence to ensure on-time project delivery and quality.

• Partner with Sales to hit revenue targets and ensure smooth handovers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen brand and growth initiatives.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, profitability and cost control.
• Provide MIS reporting, analytics and KPI dashboards for decisions.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and vendors.
• Develop SOPs and governance to improve efficiency.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead and oversee the complete operational excellence in managing the teams in delivering successful projects and stakeholder relationship. Having a deep understanding on Interiors , Exhibitions, Events, Brand management and positioning. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, deep operational knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end Business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business operations across Interiors, Exhibitions, Events, and Brand Management.
• Drive operational excellence to ensure seamless project execution, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee and align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, MIS, Projects, Procurement, and Operations.
• Work closely with the Sales team to achieve revenue targets, improve conversions, and ensure successful project handovers.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to strengthen brand positioning, demand generation, and business growth initiatives.
• Partner with the Finance team to manage budgets, cash flow, profitability, cost control, and operational financial planning.
• Ensure MIS reporting, business analytics, and KPI dashboards provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, quality, and profitability across all business verticals.
• Identify operational risks and implement proactive mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive collaboration between departments to improve communication, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
