Job summary

Pragya Tek Solutions in Pune invites an experienced Design Head to lead our interior design function from concept to execution.

You will manage a design team of 15–20 designers, set design standards, review concepts and drawings, and oversee multiple high-value projects with tight timelines and budgets. Travel to Mumbai and Hyderabad as required and mentor the team to raise creativity and productivity.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of interior design experience
• Minimum 3–5 years in Design Leadership/Managerial role
• Proven experience managing 15–20 designers
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, drawings, and execution
• Systematic approach with ERP, MIS, and process management
