Decorpot is seeking a Manager Design Operations to lead a team of Interior Designers and drive operational excellence across the design function. The role focuses on improving design quality, process efficiency, and timely project execution while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You will focus on leading a team, standardizing processes, and delivering high-quality design outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Interior Design Operations or Design Management.
• Experience leading Interior Design teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of residential interior design processes, space planning, and design execution.
• Excellent leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or IMOS is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 Interior Designers.
• Drive the Design Excellence roadmap and standardize design processes.
• Ensure monthly Design Sign-off targets and timely delivery of design milestones.
• Oversee Space Planning, Concept Design, Material Selection, 2D Drawings, and 3D Design Presentations.
• Conduct design reviews and quality audits to minimize rework and maintain design standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project, Production, and Execution teams for seamless project delivery.
• Monitor design KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Improve team productivity, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction through process optimization.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performance work culture.
