Job summary

Confidential in Mumbai is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee P&L across accounts, conduct regular MRM with the Warehouse Manager and senior management, and run quarterly QBRs with clients.

You will drive transitions for new projects, review new solutions, and ensure warehouse leaders meet KPIs while supporting HR in recruiting for critical roles. 12+ years in white goods and a Graduate/PG are desired.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in white goods industry.
• Six Sigma certification or qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Regular MRM with Warehouse Manager and Senior Management.
• Conduct QBR with client.
• Review new Project Solutions.
• Responsible for Individual P&L for each account.
• Support HR in selection and onboarding for critical operations roles.
• Ensure warehouse leaders achieve KPIs.
• Lead improvement and operation excellence projects for DCs.
• Manage transitions for new projects.

• Need to take up improvement & Operation Excellence projects for individual DCs.
• Need to manage Transitions for New Projects.

• Graduate/ Post Graduate.
• Minimum 12+ Yrs of Experience in White Goods Industry.
