Job summary

BVR People Consulting is seeking an experienced SCM leader in Bengaluru to own end-to-end supply chain for a manufacturing setup. The incumbent will drive customer service, warehouse operations, and logistics, ensuring OTIF deliveries and optimal stock management.

The role requires deep expertise in WMS, inventory optimization, CRM, and SLA management, with hands-on experience in HSE guidelines and coordination with sterilization vendors or clean room materials.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 15+ years of relevant industrial experience.
• Experience in Customer Service, Warehouse operations, and end-to-end Logistics.
• Proficiency in CRM software, order reconciliation, and Customer Experience Management.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory optimization techniques.
• Proven track record in reducing secondary freight costs and SLA management.
• Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment guidelines.
• Experience coordinating with sterilization vendors or handling clean room materials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for customers, managing the end-to-end order cycle from receiving POs to creating Sales Orders.
• Collaborate with Marketing and customers to finalize, release, and track sales forecasts (Budget vs. Actuals).
• Ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, confirm expected delivery dates, and drive on-time payment collections.
• Maintain accurate documentation for internal and external quality audits, and conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys.
• Oversee end-to-end internal and external warehouse operations, including material receipt from Clean rooms and sample deliveries.
• Conduct strict daily, weekly, and monthly system vs. physical stock reconciliations for Finished Goods (FG).
• Roles & Responsibilities: System (WMS) transactions to ensure 100% material traceability.

Roles & Responsibilities

3. Proficiency in CRM software, order reconciliation, and Customer Experience Management.
4. Deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced Inventory Optimization techniques.
5. Proven track record in Secondary Freight cost reduction and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management.
6. Hands‑on experience implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
7. Experience coordinating with sterilization vendors or handling clean room materials is highly advantageous.
