M11 Energy Transition Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch. You will implement inventory controls, optimize stock levels, and ensure safe equipment operation while enforcing safety protocols.

You will recruit and develop warehouse staff, align with procurement, logistics, and production, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Certification in supply chain or warehouse management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
  • ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Knowledge of lean warehousing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, dispatching materials.
  • Implement and manage inventory control systems to track materials and optimize stock.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment; enforce safety protocols.
  • Develop and monitor inventory strategies; conduct regular audits and cycle counts.
  • Manage stock replenishment to meet production requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff; set performance goals and monitor progress.
  • Foster safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the warehouse.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for all warehouse processes and ensure policy compliance.
  • Oversee health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to oil industry; training staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
  • Implement and manage inventory control systems to track materials accurately and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment and enforce adherence to safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Develop and monitor inventory strategies to minimize waste and optimize storage capacity.
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Manage the process of stock replenishment, ensuring materials are available for production requirements.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff, including warehouse supervisors, clerks, and operators.
  • Provide clear direction and set performance goals for the team, regularly evaluating their progress.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the warehouse.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse processes and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance:
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to the oil industry.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for warehouse staff to promote a safe working environment.
  • Oversee compliance with hazardous materials handling and storage regulations.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the warehouse budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality or safety.
  • Analyze budget performance and identify areas for cost savings or operational improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align warehouse activities with business needs.
  • Serving as a point of contact for resolving warehouse-related issues and communicate with stakeholders regarding warehouse performance.

Skills:

  • Certification in supply chain or warehouse management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
