This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for an Operations & Growth Executive. The responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, assisting in optimizing business strategies, coordinating with teams to ensure project execution, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and contributing to business development efforts. The role aims to support and ensure the seamless functioning of organizational processes while driving growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assist in optimizing business strategies, coordinate with teams to ensure project execution, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and contribute to business development efforts.
• Comfortable in reel making and assisting in creating short-form content for real estate projects.
• Support operational tasks and day-to-day office coordination.
• Handle administrative duties, documentation, and data management.
• Make calls to prospects, share project information, and maintain follow-ups.
• Book meetings with interested prospects and coordinate schedules with the sales team.
• Assist the sales team in sales operations, including lead tracking, CRM updates, and follow-up reminders.
• Support the marketing team in marketing operations, campaign coordination, and content support.
• Assist in real estate project promotions through reels, basic content creation, and communication with vendors when needed.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams for project updates and client communication.
• Perform additional operational and admin responsibilities as required to ensure seamless workflow.
