Role Overview

We are hiring a Videographer & Editor (Video Producer) with a minimum experience of 3-5 years who can capture and produce high-quality video content. This role demands creative camera techniques, strong understanding of lighting, and the ability to make content visually engaging using different elements.

You will be responsible for on-site property shoots, brand content, and short-form storytelling across digital platforms. Travel will be a regular part of this job, and candidates must have their own vehicle for ease of movement. The role requires flexibility and 24×7 availability when shoots or client requirements demand it.

Responsibilities

Shoot and produce videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and property showcases
Apply knowledge of camera angles, lighting, and framing to create compelling visuals
Enhance content using creative elements, surroundings, and movements
Capture videos using both professional cameras and smartphones
Edit and assemble short-form content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos)
Travel across project sites, luxury properties, and client locations as required
Be flexible with timings, including shoots beyond office hours

Skills Required

Knowledge of camera handling, angles, and composition
Strong understanding of lighting techniques (natural and artificial)
Ability to shoot with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and smartphones with stabilizers/gimbals
Basic to intermediate editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut)
Creative approach to enhance storytelling visually
Ownership mindset with readiness to travel and work beyond standard timings
