Job summary

Intertek is seeking a capable professional to lead the reporting team in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on timely, error-free report delivery, invoicing oversight, and collaboration with sales and clients.

You will drive LIMS-related initiatives and ensure ERP/portal uploads conform to SOPs. The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree with 2–4 years of experience, demonstrates strong MS Excel/Word skills, and shows adaptability and good communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate with 2-4 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervise reporting team for timely report delivery with zero error.
• Distribute reports to stakeholders and ensure smooth dissemination.
• Develop a strong team with alternates to avoid disruption.
• Ensure all processes follow Intertek SOP and CMCs.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders (sales and clients).
• Ensure report uploads on Blockchain and FSSAI portal.
• Interact with customers to respond to inquiries about services.
• Oversee invoicing team: review, approve invoices and monthly closing.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing with zero errors.
• Support LIMS implementation and development at sites.
• Maintain coordination between operations, sales and technical teams.

Reporting

• Supervising reporting team for timely report delivery with zero error

• Develop a strong team and alternate of every individual to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure all process are followed as per Intertek SOP and CMCs
• Managing internal and external stakeholders (sales and clients)
• Ensuring report upload on Blockchain and FSSAI portal
• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services.

Invoicing

• Managing team who works on invoicing .
• Review and approval of invoice
• Monthly closing
• Ensure timely invoice and hurdle free payments.
• Zero error in invoicing

LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)

• Implement a tool (LIMS) at GGN site
• Support internal team in LIMS development.
• Develop client master data and
• Adhere to the Project timelines.
• Plan and executive resources and requirement
• Maintain a good coordination between ops, Sales and technical team.
