Job summary

Emagn Solutions in India (Uttar Pradesh) is seeking a hands-on Operations Professional to manage daily dispatch, inventory, inward and outward movements, and ensure timely material movement and vehicle placement.

You will track vehicles and shipments to successful delivery, maintain daily MIS and reports, coordinate with warehouse and transporters, and take end-to-end ownership of daily tasks. The role requires proactive, detail-oriented individuals with strong Excel and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in Operations / Dispatch / Inventory / Logistics.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting.
• Experience in Dispatch Planning, Inventory Management, Vehicle Tracking and Material Inward/Outward.
• Experience in Return Material Management & Inventory Reconciliation preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, organized and ownership-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch, inventory, inward & outward operations.

• Track pending dispatches, delayed vehicles, inventory discrepancies and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation and take end-to-end ownership of daily operational tasks.
