Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.
• 0–1 years of B2B or SaaS implementation experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with many types of people.
• Soft skills including time management, prioritizing and delegation.
• Knowledge in SCM is a plus.
• Creative flair and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations.
• Desire to assume responsibility and work autonomously.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GPS/device installations with customers, fleet owners, and installation partners.
• Update and maintain Excel trackers and control tower dashboards.
• Monitor shipment/device tracking and ensure data is accurate and up to date.
• Verify customer and shipment data and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations.
• Follow up on pending installations, tracking issues, and operational activities.
• Maintain daily operational reports and records.
• Identify and elevate operational issues for timely resolution.
• Support day-to-day control tower and logistics operations.
• Ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines and SLAs.

• Soft skills, including effective time management, prioritizing and delegation, is a must.

• Knowledge in SCM is a plus.
