Job summary

Navwaves Industries in Nashik is seeking an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of multiple Lets Shawarma franchise outlets. You will coordinate with franchise owners, ensure SOPs, recipes, hygiene and quality standards, and monitor sales, costs and inventory.

This role requires 0–1 year in operations, a hospitality/Hotel Management background, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets. Travel to outlets for openings and audits is expected.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year in operations, preferably in QSR, restaurants, cafés or franchise businesses.
• Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Management or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and franchise/client-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory and food-cost control.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Willing to travel for outlet visits and new openings.
• Proactive, disciplined and comfortable in a fast-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Travel to outlets when required.
