Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Mumbai is seeking a logistics professional to manage customer orders across the lifecycle, monitor shipments, ETAs, and delivery exceptions, and coordinate with warehouses, carriers, planning teams, and customer service.

You will oversee SPOC operations across APAC markets, ensure SOP compliance, drive issue resolution, support business continuity and service delivery, and build strong customer relationships while handling inquiries and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders throughout the order lifecycle.
• Monitor shipment progress, ETAs, and delivery exceptions.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, planning teams, and customer service teams.
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, holds, and releases.
• Create, maintain, and validate order and invoice data accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational procedures, and service standards.
• Drive issue resolution and operational risk management.
• Support business continuity and service delivery objectives.
• Liaise with regional stakeholders, customers, carriers, and logistics partners.

• Support business inquiries and customer escalations.
