Job summary

Modern Plastic Industries is seeking a dispatch executive to manage day-to-day dispatch activities and ensure on-time delivery in Goa. You will coordinate with stores for stock status, acknowledge POs, and plan efficient vehicle usage for dispatch and material collection.

You will also handle e-invoicing and communicate with customers to reschedule deliveries when necessary. A strong focus on keeping open orders updated and meeting customer requirements is essential.

• Responsible for vehicle movement for dispatch and material collection
• Acknowledge the Purchase Order
