Job summary

EFS Logistics in India is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage end-to-end export shipments including pricing, shipping bookings, and documentation.

You will coordinate with customs, customers, brokers, and destination agents to ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and reporting. This role involves liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth freight operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• 01- Pricing (Buying / Selling)
• 02- Booking of LCL Shipment.
• 03- Booking of FCL container, SI Submission, Export manifest, MBL Collection
• 04- Customs Compliance at Origin and Destination.
• 05- Arrangement of cargo collection, offloading, warehousing and other necessary action for completion of LCL Export shipment.
• 06- Coordination with Customs broker.
• 07- Coordination with customer
• 08- Coordination with destination agent.
• 09- Costing & Invoicing to customer and closing of job as per prescribed timely manner.
• 10- Payment collection form customers.
• 11- Documentation, i B/L, manifestation and closing of Export job in EBMS.
• 12- Generating fortnight report and Forecasting.
