Job summary

GO DESi Foods is seeking an Operations Executive for the Bidadi Warehouse to streamline dispatch and inward operations. You will coordinate with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and procurement to ensure accurate, timely processing of orders and deliveries.

Responsibilities include planning dispatch schedules, verifying documents, handling delivery inquiries, generating dispatch reports, and assisting inventory reconciliation across physical stock and systems.

• Plan and execute dispatch schedules as per delivery timelines and order priorities
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely pickup and dispatch of goods
• Verify dispatch documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans before release
• Handle delivery-related queries and proactively communicate with internal teams and customers
• Follow up with drivers or transport vendors to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues during transit
• Generate and share dispatch reports with management (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for packaging and loading readiness
• Assist in managing daily inward operations at the warehouse
• Verify received quantities against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans
• Record and track shortages, excess quantities, damages, and other inward discrepancies and Coordinate with the procurement teams to resolve the same
• Assist in inventory reconciliation between physical stock, inward records, and system data
